It brings together all kinds of traders, wholesalers, retailers, manufacturers, and brands from different parts of the country under one online platform.

Udaan helps businesses to find customers, make deals, and grow their trade networks. It has successfully achieved its vision of creating a digital transformation of the trade ecosystem across the nation.

Udaan offers a wide range of categories such as — electronics, home & kitchen, lifestyle, staples, fruits & vegetables, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, and general merchandise. It has over 3 million users, 1.7 million retailers, chemists, farmers, and 30,000 active sellers on its platform. It also provides supply chain & logistics services for daily delivery across 900 cities with udaanExpress, and credit services with udaanCapital.

The conventional tech hiring process was outdated and inefficient for companies to adopt. It consumed a lot of time and money. Moreover, with a nationwide lockdown and irregular business unlock patterns, small and medium Indian firms were preparing for a digital transformation of their work functions and trade.
